Great start of the day

I started the day with an early morning cardio, of course on an empty stomach (so tough, because the first thing I want to do is eat when I get up lol), walked to work which took me a bit more than half an hour (fast walk).
Had my first meal right after, which I enjoyed very well, mmmm love those protein pancake lol.

Here is the recipe:
8 egg whites + 1/2 scoop of whey Isolate (BioX) chocolate protein
Sweetener of your choice
1 tbps of peanut butter
Blend it, put it in a Pan and Voila!
Pretty easy eh lol
Enjoy :)

Around 10am did my chest and abs workout.
Probably one of the best chest workout in a long time, so good that I couldn't write a workout program properly lol.

Here is my chest workout for those who are interested
*3 sets of 7-10 reps (always warm up before)
-Incline barbell bench press
-Flat barbell bench press
-Incline dumbbell (neutral grip) press
-Flat bench flyes

13 weeks out

Today I started my new diet, new workout plan.
Back & abs, great pump, and man I was into it.

Here is what I did:
Dumbbell power row
Bent over row
Front pull down
Straight arm pull down
Weighted hanging leg raise
Weighted sit ups
Oblique

Looking forward for tomorrow workout (Chest &abs again )

ITS ON! GO WBFF World Championship :)

Oh yeah, game on!! lol
Just came back from WBFF QC show June 19, where I placed third and gained my WBFF Professional athlete card; I am super proud & honored.
Today is Sunday, I just ate my last cheat and am looking forward to tmw's morning cardio & workout. I don't I've ever had so much motivation to compete before. Gaining my pro card really brought my focus to another level. I am really looking forward to stepping on stage again with all my fellow competitors and friends.

You guys will have an idea of what I will be going through in order to prep for this competition.
