13 weeks out

Today I started my new diet, new workout plan.
Back & abs, great pump, and man I was into it.

Here is what I did:
Dumbbell power row
Bent over row
Front pull down
Straight arm pull down
Weighted hanging leg raise
Weighted sit ups
Oblique

Looking forward for tomorrow workout (Chest &abs again )
