1 banana
1 tsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp of cocoa powder
sweetener
8 egg whites
1/2 scoop of BioX Isolate Whey Protein (Vanilla flavour)
Blend eggs, and the half of scoop of protein, cook in a pan.
Mash banana, add peanut butter, and cocoa together. Put it on top of the pancake, roll & enjoy :)
