I run a website called tabatatoday.com. It's currently being built. But, the majority of the time individuals do the same workout for the entire 4 minutes. So 4 minutes of pushups, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Two minute rest, and another set of something. Say jump squats. Usually this is done with compound body weight exercises for a total of 5 sets, or 30 minutes in all with rest breaks. Great work though!
